RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Except as otherwise agreed between you and AVZA Herbs Private Limited (“AVZA Herbs”, “we”, “us”), and subject to applicable laws, the following policy shall govern all returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
AVZA Herbs shall not be liable, and products shall not be eligible for return or rejection except under the following conditions:
- Damage to or loss of goods during transit (where shipped by us or our delivery partners), provided such issue is reported within 7 working days of receipt of the product.
- Manufacturing defects in the product, provided such defects are reported in writing within 7 days of delivery and are not caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
In the event of product shortage, non-delivery, damage, or defect, AVZA Herbs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Arrange for delivery of the missing product (in case of shortage or non-delivery), and/or
- Replace or repair the defective/damaged product upon return by the customer, or
- Process a refund for the affected product(s), subject to verification and approval.
Replacement or refund claims may be rejected or deemed invalid under the following circumstances:
- The product has been tampered with, altered, or handled by unauthorized persons.
- The returned product is not shipped back within 7 days after approval of the claim.
- The damage or defect arises due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
To initiate a return, replacement, or complaint request, customers must contact AVZA Herbs customer support within the specified timeline with relevant details, including product images, batch number, manufacturing date, and product name.
Once a return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt and verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The refund timeline excludes any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled. Payments made are non-refundable except in cases explicitly covered under this policy.
Variations in color, texture, fragrance, or taste (in case of natural or herbal products) shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
