SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery charges refer to the additional cost incurred for shipping products to the customer. These charges may vary depending on order value, product characteristics, and dispatch location.
Shipping speeds and delivery charges for AVZA Herbs products may differ based on order value, warehouse location, and the customer’s delivery address. Shipping services are fulfilled through reliable third-party courier partners.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are applicable on all orders unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees may vary depending on:
- Total order value
- Weight of the products
- Volume/dimensions of the package
- Delivery location
Applicable shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be displayed at the checkout page along with the total order value before payment confirmation.
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not accepted for orders above ₹2,500.
Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch most orders within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
While most products are maintained in ready stock, certain items may be sourced directly from manufacturers to ensure freshness and quality. This may occasionally lead to slight delays in dispatch.
During high-demand periods such as promotional or sale events, dispatch timelines may be extended. However, we strive to dispatch all orders within 5 days from the date of order placement.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and the shipping destination.
Delivery Locations
AVZA Herbs currently delivers within India only.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase, subject to serviceability of the PIN code.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions (“Force Majeure Events”).
In such cases, customers are requested to allow up to 10 days from the date of dispatch. If the order is still undelivered and you wish to cancel, you may raise a request via email. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed within 15 business days from the date of request, and shall not exceed the invoice value of the undelivered goods.
AVZA Herbs reserves the right to levy additional shipping charges for deliveries in restricted or hard-to-reach areas during such events.
Returns & Shipping Costs
In case of returns accepted as per our Return, Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy, applicable shipping charges for returns will be borne by AVZA Herbs.
